Connect, explore and creating. Those were the words that resonated with me when i joined Karlijn's course. It became a journey of self-discovery, a deep connection with nature, and at times, a confrontation with myself. 

Through a series of sessions, Karlijn invites you to explore nature from your own essence. What does it have to tell you? What wants to reveal itself? The connectios unfolded on many layers. Above all, this led to a profound sense of gratitude for the natural world around us, with it's endless wisdom and beauty to share.

In Explore, Connect, Create, Karlijn makes room for discovery and (re)learning to connect with your own nature and your environment. The course has brought me back to myself faster than expected due to the structure and type of assignments that are very practical and feasible. Which made it easier and more playful to make contact with my environment. From spending a certain amount of time outside every day, to assignments that invite creativity and creation. There is no striving for perfection in this course, which gave me the space to go into depth.

The course is structured in such a way that all knowledge can be offered tailor-made by Karlijn.

A stillness arose, which allowed me to get close to my body and feelings. This allowed me to hear  my body speak and understand it again. Where I often tend to shoot in my head in the speed of the world we live in, this course has given me anchors that I can throw out daily to stay connected. I can maintain this connection now, so much more flows in creativity, making choices that fit my life path, taking better care of myself and my body, consuming more conscious food and making time to be. Back to my inner compass, which works together with nature around me and that is how I want to move through life. Thank you, Karlijn!

I found the course to be truly special. I already felt deeply connected to nature, but my reason for joining was to become more conscious of that connection, to better understand it, and to find the right words to express it. 

During the online sessions filled with sharing and inspiration, I felt guided into a magical sensitivity to nature. Thanks to Karlijn’s feedback and insight, I was able to allow my vague perception to take shape, things I previously dismissed as fleeting impressions or ignored while walking in my garden. Looking back, I can now see how much more I noticed. 

Karlijn’s guidance enabled me to connect with natural world in a deeper more profound way. I believe this is largely because of what she tuned into and reflected back. Her rich experiences resonated deeply and gave me the courage to open up. Through simple yet effective assignments, she opened the door to a richer experience of nature. A new brilliance seemed to surround all the nature around me. 

Honestly, I wish everyone could experience this course. It makes us more curious, kinder, and happier and nature benefits too.

Connect, Explore, Create is a course where you learn to look at yourself in a new way with and in nature. You really go on a journey of discovery and connect with Mother Earth (for me this is everything that lives and grows). You get to know yourself in a diffrent way. . The invitations you receive are playful and give you a considerable depth in your daily life. This is a course that will continue to have an effect for a while after it is completed. Your creativity is really stimulated by the course  and it gets more room to develop.
